Iran launches animation network

TEHRAN,July 3(MNA) – Iran’s Namayesh2 Network, a digital network broadcasting animations, launched a trial broadcast on Monday. The network, which is broadcasting programs for about four hours in a day, was launched during a ceremony attended by several officials. Namayesh TV Network Director Hossein Karami, Saba Animation, Arts, Multimedia Center Director Hossein Sari and heads of departments for children and young adults of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) attended the event. “Shangul Abad”, “Masuleh”, “The Red Pearl”, “Heros” and “Shekarestan” went on air on the first day of broadcasting.
