Abstract works by Iranian artist on display at Seattle gallery

TEHRAN,July 9(MNA) – An exhibition displaying four abstract works of the Iranian artist Payam Forutan is currently underway at the Hart Gallery of Seattle, United States. Forutan has selected the works from the collection “My Family”, which is a collage of portraits and figures. The collection contains old and new photos of Iranian and foreign men and women selected from different parts of the world, promoting the painter’s belief that the entire world is his family, the report added. Forutan, who is mostly famous in Iran as a stage director, displayed his collection in Iran last year.
