20th International Holy Quran Exhibition to open tomorrow

TEHRAN,July 14(MNA) -- The 20th International Holy Quran Exhibition will open in Tehran’s Imam Khomeini Mosalla on tomorrow. A variety of programs have been planned for the exhibit, in which several Iranian and foreign publishers will be offering their Quranic products, as was reported in a press conference on Wednesday. Several sessions on different topics including Quran and economy, Quran and sociology, as well as Quran and the sciences have been arranged on the sidelines of the month-long exhibit, the report added. Different new sections such as Islamic Awakening and the miracles of Quran have also been added in this edition. Visitors will also get the chance to have their old texts of the Holy Quran restored or even exchanged for new copies of the Holy Quran at the exhibit. Introducing a series of newly published books as well as honoring experts of Quran have also been arranged on the side section. According to the Public Relations Office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, different departments of the ministry will have active participation at the exhibit. Moreover, the ministry is determined to establish a Quran department, which is due to begin its activity soon.
