Rahimi: Bullying Powers Bent On Impeding Iran’s Progress

Tehran, July 17, IRNA – First Vice-President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi says the bullying powers have joined hands today to impede Iran’s progress at any cost but the Iranian nation would successfully overcome sanctions and other problems. Addressing a group of sports champions, Rahimi said the bullying powers are unaware of this fact that Iran’s driving force is the blood of martyrs. He said the martyrs are strong backing for Iran and its survival. As for comments by three European, South American and African ambassadors on effects of western sanctions, Rahimi said they too admit that sanctions are more harmful to westerners than Iran. He stressed that Iran would emerge victorious in the sanctions./end
