Tehran to host NAM’s first intl. scientific conference

TEHRAN,July 17(MNA) – Intellectuals and scientists from the member states of the Non-Aligned Movement are scheduled to attend the movement’s first scientific conference in Tehran on Tuesday, an official in charge of the press affairs of the conference told on Monday. The conference, which opens on Tuesday and closes on Wednesday, will focus on methodical ways of moving toward lasting peace, the official said. The NAM summit will be held in late August.
