Hossein Alizadeh raises funds via workshops for charity center in Mashhad

TEHRAN,July 24(MNA) – Iranian tar virtuoso Hossein Alizadeh donated all the revenues he earned from his workshop in Mashhad last week to a girls’ rehabilitation charity center. The donation was announced during Alizadeh’s visit to the Fat’h-ol-Mobin Rehabilitation Center in Mashhad. He also held talks with the officials at the center, visited the girls housed there and had the chance to talk with them as well. The music workshops were organized by the Shamim Music School to commemorate Iran’s Welfare Week, which was held from July 15 to 22. Fat’h-ol-Mobin Rehabilitation Center was established in 1984 in an attempt to help provide facilities for mentally disabled girls. Over 400 girls, mostly orphans, receive necessary education at the center.
