‘West hopes domino effect of change in Syria will reach Iran’

TEHRAN,July 25(MNA) – Iranian former MP Parviz Sorouri said that the West hopes that the domino effect of change in Syria will reach Iran. In an interview with the Persian service of the Mehr News Agency published on Tuesday, Sorouri said, “The Westerners believe that if they can break the dam of Syria, severe floods will swamp Hamas, Hezbollah, Iraq, and Iran.” He added, “The Westerners’ thought is just wishful thinking.”
