11,000 centrifuges operational in Iran: Ahmadinejad

TEHRAN,July 26(MNA) – Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced on Tuesday that 11,000 centrifuges are currently operational in Iran’s uranium enrichment facilities. According to AFP, that was more than the 10,000 centrifuges Iran was last said to have been operating, according to a report released by the International Atomic Energy Agency on May 25.
