Baku, 16 0ctober, (AzerTAj)On October 16, Georgia`s former President Eduard Shevardnadze sent a message of congratulation to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev on his clear-cut victory in the presidential election.
“I had no doubt about Azerbaijani people`s wisdom who unanimously elected you as a
President” the letter reads.
