Iranian, Iraqi security officials hold talks on Syria

TEHRAN,Aug.11(MNA) – In a meeting in Baghdad on Thursday, the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Saeed Jalili, and Iraqi National Security Advisor Faleh al-Fayyadh held talks on the latest developments in the region, particularly in Syria. Fayyadh said that putting an end to the violence and holding national dialogue is the only solution to the Syrian conflict. During the meeting, the two sides also explored ways to enhance Tehran-Baghdad ties in all spheres.
