Indonesian High-ranking Delegation To Attend NAM Meet: Envoy

Tehran, Aug 11, IRNA – Indonesian Ambassador to Tehran Dian Wirengjurit said his country's high-ranking delegation, led by vice-president, is to attend the forthcoming NAM meeting in Tehran. Talking to IRNA, he said the Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono may not participate in the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Summit in Tehran due to coincidence of the meeting with the annual meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation in Vladivostok, Russia. The Indonesian ambassador said his country attaches great importance to the NAM meeting. The 16th NAM Summit meeting is to be held in the Iranian capital on August 26-31./end
