Iran Starts With 4 Medals In Baku Wrestling Competitions

Baku, Aug 22, IRNA -- Iran won 1 gold and 3 bronze medals in the first day of the 2012 Cadet World Championships in Baku on Tuesday. Iranian young athlete Ali Mohammadzadeh, in the class of freestyle 50kg, won the gold medal and Samir Yavari in 58 kg, Reza Mozaffari in 69 kg, and Hossein Shahbazi in 85 kg each won a broze medal. Iranian national young wrestling team is participating in Baku tournament with 10 wrestlers. The tournament started on Tuesday and continues until August 27. Wrestlers from 41 countries have participated in the competitions./end
