Iranian puppeteers to realize “An Imaginary Dream” at Kazakh festival

TEHRAN,Aug.26(MNA) -- Iranian stage artist Hamed Zare’an will perform “An Imaginary Dream” during the 2012 World Puppet Carnival, which will be held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, from September 23 to 30. “An Imaginary Dream” is composed of four Iranian traditional short plays, which will be performed in the street section of the festival. Abolfazl Varmazyar, Mohammadreza Majuni, Babak Tan, Maryam Khaksar Tehrani, Komeil Shahsavari and Hamed Zare’an are the members of the troupe. Artists from around the world will perform a vast array of theatrical and puppet shows for children and adults during the festival.
