Iran plans to increase range of its cruise missiles

TEHRAN, Aug. 27 (MNA) – Iranian Deputy Defense Minister Mohammad Eslami said that projects are being implemented to increase the range of domestically manufactured cruise missiles. “With increasing the range of these missiles, which will take place in the next (Iranian calendar) year (starts on March 21, 2013), we will drive the enemy away from the maritime borders for kilometers,” Eslami said .
