Political solution must be found for Syrian crisis: Iranian security official

TEHRAN,Sept.20(MNA) – During a meeting in Istanbul on Tuesday, the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Saeed Jalili, and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan held talks on various issues, including the latest developments in Syria. Jalili said that the Syrians should find a democratic-based political solution to the crisis in their country. He emphasized that regional problems should be settled by the people of the region.
