Head of Indonesian Education and Training Center visits Azerbaijan University of Languages

Baku, September 28 (AzerTAc). Head of the Education and Training Center of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hazairin Pohan has visited Azerbaijan University of Languages where he met rector Samad Seyidov. The rector highlighted the activity of the Indonesian Centre at the university, praising its role in teaching Indonesian language and promoting the Indonesian culture in Azerbaijan. Seyidov stressed the importance of cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Indonesia. Pohan hailed the fact that the Indonesian language is taught at the University. He said the Indonesian Centre was playing an important role in developing the relations between the two countries. They explored prospects for expanding the cooperation between Indonesian higher educational institutions and the Azerbaijan University of Languages. Pohan was accompanied by Indonesian ambassador to Azerbaijan Raden Prayono Atiyanto.
