Iran's Salehi Meets German, Libyan, Ukrainian, Swedish FMs

New York, Sept 29, IRNA – Islamic Republic of Iran’s Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi met with foreign ministers of Libya, Pakistan, Ukraine, Georgia and Belarus on the sidelines of 67th annual session of the UN General Assembly on Thursday. During bilateral meetings which took place at the headquarters of the United Nations in New York, Salehi discussed international developments with his counterparts and they exchanged views on different issues. Salehi also met with German, Swedish, Norwegian, Singapore’s and Algerian foreign ministers during which he discussed bilateral, as well as international issues. The important role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in settling down the regional issues, particularly Iran’s role in helping to resolve the Syrian crisis were among other topics of the talks between the foreign ministers./end
