Indonesian ex-FM visits Azerbaijan University of Languages

Baku, October 9 (AzerTAc). Former Foreign Minister of Indonesia Hassan Wirajuda has visited the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) to meet rector Samad Seyidov. Seyidov highlighted the university`s foreign relations. He praised the cooperation between AUL and Indonesian universities. Seyidov noted students and teachers at AUL were interested in Indonesian language and culture. Wirajuda said he visited Azerbaijan as part of the second Baku International Humanitarian Forum. He praised the organization of the forum. “There are similarities between Azerbaijan and Indonesian and your country is developing day by day. I admire Baku`s extraordinary beauty,” he added. Indonesian ambassador Raden Prayono Atiyanto and employees of the embassy also participated in the meeting.
