Iran, Turkey customs officials meet to facilitate trade
TEHRAN,Oct.15(MNA) - A delegation from Turkey’s customs officials held a meeting with Iranian counterparts in Iran’s city of Isfahan on Sunday, aiming to facilitate the bilateral trade, the Mehr News Agency quoted Behzad Shiri, an official with the Iranian Customs Administration, as saying on Saturday.
The meeting, which was the third joint meeting by the two sides, focused on expanding economic ties through streamlining border trade and customs relations, the official added.
Iranian First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi has announced that the speed of trade exchanges between Iran and Turkey has accelerated and will soon reach the targeted goal of $30 billion per year.
