Iran exports agricultural products to Kuwait

TEHRAN,Oct.20(MNA)- Iran will export today a consignment of agricultural products, including kinds of fruits, to Kuwait. The consignment, weighing around 160 tons, will be sent to Kuwait over a containership which is belonged to a foreign company. Previously, Reza Nourani, the vice chairman of the confederation of Iranian exporters, told Mehr that Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain will be the next destinations for Iranian agricultural products. Iran ranks first in the Middle East and 9th in the world in fruit production, with an annual harvest of about 20 million tons, according to the Agriculture Jihad Ministry.
