Azeri scientist addresses seminar in Tbilisi

Baku, October 30 (AzerTAc. The Khazar University founder and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees Hamlet Isakhanli has made a speech at the Sweden-Caucasus Connecting seminar in Tbilisi. He highlighted the education system in Azerbaijan. The seminar featured discussions on Erasmus Mundus, Tempus and Linneaus-Palme projects.
