Syrian minister in Iran to attend Syrian ‘national dialogue’ meeting

TEHRAN,Nov.17(MNA) – Syrian Minister of State for National Reconciliation Ali Haidar arrived in Iran on Thursday to attend a Syrian “national dialogue” meeting, which will be held in Tehran on Sunday. On Tuesday, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said, “In addition to representatives of political groups, minorities, and the opposition, representatives of the Syrian government will participate in the meeting.” He also stated that the motto of the meeting is “No to Violence, and Yes to Democracy”.
