Iranian Flotilla Anchors In Port Sudan

Tehran, Dec 8, IRNA - Iran Navy's 23rd flotilla comprising domestically-made Jamaran destroyer and Boushehr helicopter carrier anchored in Port Sudan on Saturday. Meanwhile, in a ceremony, commanders of the flotilla met with Sudanese top navy commanders. Sudanese Top Navy Commander Abdullah Al-Matari called for enhanced military ties with Iran, announcing that he would visit Iran in near future. He described establishment of marine security as a top priority of the two countries./end
