Report lists eight figures as possible presidential candidates

TEHRAN,Dec.23(MNA) - The names of eight political figures as possible candidates in the 2013 presidential election were published on Saturday . The eight figures are Secretary of the Expediency Council Mohsen Rezaii, former Majlis speaker and current MP Gholam Ali Haddad-Adel, Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani, senior advisor to Supreme Leader Ali Akbar Velayati, advisor to the Supreme Leader and former Majlis speaker Ali Akbar Nategh-Nouri, Chairman of Iran’s Expediency Council Research Center Hassan Rohani, former vice president Mohammad Reza Aref, and Deputy Majlis Speaker Mohammad Reza Bahonar.
