Ahmadinejad visits Javanfekr in hospital

TEHRAN,Dec.24(MNA) - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Sunday paid a visit to Ali Akbar Javanfekr, his advisor in media affairs, who is receiving treatment for a heart problem at Tehran’s Atieh Hospital. Javanfekr, who is the director of the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), was found guilty of a few charges and sent to prison on September 26 to serve a one-year term. He was granted a temporary leave last Wednesday and will return to prison on Monday.
