Iran condemns attack on Pakistani pilgrims’ convoy

TEHRAN,Jan.1(MNA) - Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi condemned the terrorist attack on a Pakistani convoy carrying pilgrims, in which at least 30 people were killed. In his message published on Sunday, Salehi expressed condolences to the victims’ families, the Pakistani nation and government. According to reports, 180 Shia pilgrims were on their way to visit the Iranian holy city of Mashhad, when they were targeted in Pakistan’s southwestern province of Balochistan.
