Denmark welcomes expansion of ties with Iran: Danish ambassador

TEHRAN,Jan.7(MNA) – Danish Ambassador to Iran Anders Christian Hougaard said that Copenhagen welcomes the expansion of parliamentary, cultural, and academic relations with the Islamic Republic. Ambassador Hougaard made the remarks during a meeting with Abbas Moqtadaii, the Iranian chairman of the Iran-Denmark Parliamentary Friendship Group, in Tehran on Sunday. Moqtadaii also said that holding “constructive, effective, and friendly” talks will pave the way for the expansion of friendly relations between the two countries.
