Dauwoom begins constructing golf course in Luang Prabang

(KPL) The Republic of Korean-based Dauwoom Company last Friday kicked off constructing a golf course and hotel in Luang Prabang with an investment of almost US$ 30 million.
The 27-hole golf course will be equipped with a five-star hotel.
The course covers 900 ha of five villages in Luang Prabang district as Khuay, Xiengkeo, Pongvane, Phonexay and Chom ngoua.
It is expected that the development would be completed by the end of 2010 and over 700 people will be employed during the next two years of construction.
