Vietnam Airlines drops fuel surcharges on domestic air fare
Hanoi (VNA) - The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has decided to abolish fuel surcharge on air fare for all of its domestic routes as of November 1.
The airline said the move was in response to the world fuel prices' drop
to below 70 USD per barrel in the past two weeks and the forecast of the
prices to be stabilised at between 70-90 USD per barrel.
Vietnam Airlines began adding fuel surcharge on domestic air fare more
than two months ago and it has twice reduced the surcharge in line with the
trend in the oil market.-Enditem
