Syrian minister calls Iran ‘strategic’ ally

TEHRAN,Feb.25(MNA) – Syrian Information Minister Omran al-Zouabi described as “strategic” the relations between Syria and Iran, saying that the Islamic Republic is standing by the Syrian government and nation. During an interview with Al-Alam news network, he refuted the presence of Iranian forces in Syria and said that dialogue is the only solution to the Syrian crisis.
