Iranian police arrest 45 thugs in Tehran

TEHRAN,Feb.27(MNA) – In a series of operations to arrest thugs, another 45 hooligans or robbers were arrested in Tehran early Tuesday. The operation in the northern areas of Tehran was the 11th part of the “neighborhood-based security plan,” which is being implemented in 375 neighborhoods of the capital to deal firmly with gangsters.
