‘Sanctions against Iran meant to turn people against Islamic system’

TEHRAN,March 9(MNA) – The leader of this week’s Friday prayers in Tehran said that the sanctions imposed on Iran over its nuclear program are aimed at turning the people against the Islamic system. The enemy’s ire arises from its failure to hinder Iran’s progress, Ayatollah Ali Movahhedi Kermani told worshippers at Friday prayers at the campus of the University of Tehran.
