3rd International mugham symposium continues in Baku

Baku, March 14 (AzerTAc). “The Space of Mugham” 3rd International Scientific Symposium continues in Baku. A plenary session entitled “The role of musical instruments in Azerbaijani mugham and in related traditional genres of the Orient” has today been arranged at the Azerbaijan Composers’ Union. The session chaired by Prof. Mahmoud Guettat from Tunisia and Azerbaijani Suraya Agayeva heard six reports. The symposium will end on Friday.
