Minor quake hits Thai North

CHIANG MAI, March 16 (TNA) - A minor earthquake, measuring 2.2 on the Richter scale hit Thailand's northern resort Chiang Mai Province this afternoon, but there were no reports of any casualty or damage to property. The local seismological office said the minor quake jolted Chiang Mai at around 2:45pm, with its epicentre located in Phrao District. (TNA)
