Dubai experience in punitive and correctional establishments discussed

Baku, April 10 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Consul General to Dubai Parviz Ismailzade has met with Director of General Department of Punitive and Correctional Establishments of Dubai Police Mohammad Humaid Al Suwaidi.  The meeting focused on the Dubai experience in punitive and correctional establishments, including the conditions for prisoners.
