Scientific conference within International Music Festival kicks off in Baku

Baku, April 12 (AzerTAc). A scientific conference as part of the 5th International Gara Garayev Modern Music Festival dedicated to the prominent Azerbaijani composer Gara Garayev has been held today in Azerbaijan State Symphonic Orchestra named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli. The scientific conference provides information on the outstanding Azerbaijani composer, USSR State Prize Laureate, Hero of Socialist Labor Gara Garayev's musical compositions. The scientific conference featured reports on the themes "Gara Garayev: point of view from the XXI century".
