Iran`s Zakani meets Saeed Jalili prior to presidential election

TEHRAN,April 20(MNA) – Prior to the June 14 presidential election former MP Ali Reza Zakani held a meeting with Saeed Jalili, the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council. Zakani later said that his views were close to Jalili’s. Last week, 2020 university students wrote a letter to Zakani inviting him to stand as a candidate in the presidential election.
