Mehdi Hashemi to appear in court in early May

TEHRAN,April 22(MNA)-- The first trial session of Mehdi Hashemi, the son of Expediency Council Chairman Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, will be held on May 5, the office of the Judiciary spokesman reported on Sunday. Mehdi Hashemi faces charges of inciting unrest after the 2009 presidential election.
