Iran calls for expansion of ties with Afghanistan

TEHRAN,May 20(MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi called for the expansion of cooperation with Afghanistan, emphasizing the necessity of the implementation of agreements between the two countries. During a meeting with Abdul Salam Azimi, the chief justice of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, in Tehran on Saturday, Salehi also emphasized that security and stability in Iran and Afghanistan are interlinked.
