Iran`s Rezaei says will reduce Iran’s dependence on oil

TEHRAN, May 29(MNA)– Mohsen Rezaei said that he will devise plans to decrease the dependence of Iran’s economy, which is intertwined with petrodollars, on oil revenues and boost exports if he wins the June presidential election. Speaking at a news conference held at the Tehran Bazaar on Tuesday, Rezaei, the Expediency Council secretary, also said, “I promise to curb rising prices and resolve the issue of unemployment.” On Iran’s relations with the United States, Rezaei said, “In regard to the issue of (relations between) Iran and the United States, I completely believe in a logical approach, and I have found a solution, but I cannot mention it before its details are approved by the Leader. But be sure that I will take the issue seriously so that the country would experience stability. And we will reduce tensions in the future.”
