Iran`s Haddad-Adel: Cultural issues will be my second priority

TEHRAN,June 2(MNA) – Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel said that after solving the people’s economic problems, his second priority will be addressing cultural issues, if he is elected president. Principlist candidate Haddad-Adel told reporters on Saturday that his government’s slogan will be “piety and prudence”. On his plan to combat problems like drug addiction and the high divorce rate, he said he will take measures to promote “simple marriage” among the youth. If young people are encouraged to get married and live modestly within their means, the country’s social problems and moral ills can be significantly reduced, he opined.
