Iran`s Hadadi finishes 3rd in IAAF Diamond League

TEHRAN, June 4(MNA)--Iran’s discus thrower Ehsan Hadadi finished in third place at the IAAF Diamond League meeting in Eugene, the United States, on Saturday. Ehsan Hadadi threw 65.63m and came third. Olympic champion Robert Harting threw a world-leading 69.75m. It was Harting’s 35th Victory in a row. Second place went to Piotr Malachowski from Poland with a throw of 68.19. The 28-year-old athlete had won a silver medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics with a 68.18m throw. The 2013 IAAF Diamond League is the fourth edition of the Diamond League, an annual series of fourteen one-day track and field meetings. The series began on May 10 in Doha, Qatar and will end on September 6 in Brussels, Belgium
