M'SIAN KING TUANKU MIZAN TO LEAD TEAM EVENT
SETIU (Malaysia), Nov 7 (Bernama) -- The King Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin will lead Malaysia in the team event at the FEI World Endurance Championships (FEI WEC) at the Terengganu International Endurance Park (TIEP) in Lembah Bidong, Merang, Friday.
Marang is a town and the seat of Marang District, in the east Coast state
of Terengganu, Malaysia.
The Malaysian team's chef-d'Equipe Che Mohd Apandi Muhammad said Tuanku
Mizan's team members would be Shuaib Ishak, Faizal Ismail and Rosdam Mohd
Noor, who were picked based on their horses' performance on the course.
The other eight Malaysian riders, Kamaruddin Abdul Ghani, Abdullah Taib,
Norlaily Bunyamin, Muhammad Firdaus Hamid, Che Ahmad Yusri Muhamad, Zainuddin
Yusof, Abdul Halim Alihan and Azizie Ismail will be competing for the individual
title.
"Our strategies will depend on the weather condition Friday. Our riders
will start with an advantage as they know the course well."
Setiu is a main district in Terengganu.
