Thai academics join seminr on ASEAN Community

BANGKOK, July 7 (TNA) - Thailand’s Foreign Ministry is organizing in-country training for Rajabhat university lecturers about the ASEAN Community, beginning this Sunday in the eastern seaside city of Pattaya. The two-day seminar, ending Monday, aims to help Thai academics in their curriculum development and awareness about the ASEAN community inception in 2015. Among other things, the program aims to enhance the country’s preparedness for the opening up of Southeast Asia’s borders, with focus on inclusive development and the potential of public-private cooperation.
