Removing Sanctions, Top Priority Of Iran Foreign Policy - MP

Tehran, Aug 20, IRNA – A lawmaker said Monday that removing sanctions in an understanding atmosphere and improving relations with regional states are among top priorities of the countrys foreign policy. Avaz Heydarpour, a member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, made the remarks while talking to IRNA. He said the new Iranian government is seeking confidence-building measures based on friendship with neighboring countries. The MP stressed that the Iranian government should take effective steps towards removing sanctions imposed on the country./end
