Azerbaijani scientist honoured with international award

Baku, September 6 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani academician, vice-president of ANAS Isa Habibbayli was honoured with international “The Name in Science Award” for his contributions to world science. The award giving ceremony will be organized at the Oxford University in December. The prestigious world science award is given jointly by Europe Business Assembly, Euroscience, Socrates Nomination Committee, Club of Rectors of Europe and the International Club of Leaders supported by powerful non-governmental organizations, professional and creative unions from 16 countries. The Award is given to scientific teams, scientific societies, authorities, public organisation, business structures, scientists, politicians and public figures for their personal contribution to or professional achievements in the advancement of scientific research.
