Azerbaijani conductor to join international festival in Kyiv

Baku, September 6 (AzerTAc). Conductor of the Uzeyir Hajibeyli Azerbaijan State Symphonic Orchestra Fakhraddin Karimov will attend “Miroslav Skoryk`s music days” international festival in Kyiv, Ukraine. Marking the 75th anniversary of Ukrainian composer Miroslav Skoryk, the month-long festival will begin on September 13. The event will bring together acclaimed musicians from around the world, as well as Ukrainian performers. The concerts as part of the festival will take place at the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, National Opera and Ballet Theatre after Taras Shevchenko, Academy of Arts and Tchaikovsky National Music Academy.
