Iran Nuclear Dispute To Be Resolved Through Confidence-building Procedure : Analyst

Tehran, Sept 22, IRNA – Political analyst Sadeq Zibakalam said on Saturday that Iranian nuclear dispute will be resolved through confidence-building procedure. The Western governments should understand that confidence-building is the only way to resolve Iranian nuclear issue so that the confidence-building measure has nothing to do with Fordo or Parchin, he said. He said that the Iranian president is his keynote speech at the UN General Assembly will guarantee peaceful nature of Iranian nuclear program. Zibakalam predicted that speech of President Rohani at the UN General Assembly will make a breakthrough in settlement of Iranian dispute with the western governments. The Iranian president is to defend the legitimate rights of Iranian nation and is to prove that Iran respects rights of other nations, he said. He added that the western governments should make sure that Iran never seeks proliferation of nuclear weapons and Iran should understand that the western states do not pursue regime change. President Rohani is to leave Tehran for New York on Monday to deliver speech at the 68th UN General Assembly. Iran has undertaken leadership of Non-Aligned Movement and the President is scheduled to deliver another speech at NAM Conference on Disarmament during his stay in New York./end
