Tula State Pedagogical University professor: ‘Russian is widely used in Baku’

Basically in every facility, in the streets everyone understands Russian,” said professor at Russia`s Tula State Pedagogical University Grigoriy Tokarev. “What gives me the most pleasure is that not only the elderly, but the young generation speaks Russian as well,” said Tokarev, who is attending “Support of Russian language as the foundation for developing integration processes in CIS” forum in Baku.
