Mongolia-Hungary business forum runs

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Embassy of Mongolia in Hungary and the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) have co-hosted a Mongolia-Hungary business forum. It ran Wednesday in Budapest in frames of the 4th meeting of the intergovernmental commission. It brought together S.Oyun, Mongolia’s Minister of Environment and Green Development and head of the Mongolia-Hungary intergovernmental commission for the Mongolian side; T.Gandi, the Mongolian Ambassador to Hungary; Kristof Szatmary, the State Secretary of the Hungarian Ministry of National Economy and head of the Hungarian side; Laszlo Parragh, the president of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and other officials and businessmen. The Minister S.Oyun and her advisor D.Dokhombayar delivered reports on Mongolia’s economy, investments, legal environment and market demands. Other reports on making investments to Mongolia, financing and cooperation proposals were given by Roza Nagy, a director-general of the Hungarian National Bank; Lengyel Laszló, a director of the EXIM Bank’s Department of external relations and research; and by Janos Kiss, a director of Hungarian National Commercial Palace. After the forum, a Hungary-Mongolia business committee was established at the HCCI, and documents were inked such as memorandum of understanding between the National Chambers of Commerce and a cooperation memorandums of understanding between our Chamber and Budapest’s Chamber of Commerce and Agricultural Chamber.
